PAN and TDS are separate from fees

KuCoin's India guide applies to users with Indian KYC and an Indian IP address and requires PAN. Its table shows 1% TDS for crypto-to-INR spot sales, both sides of crypto-to-crypto spot trades, and P2P sales; INR spot purchases and P2P purchases are marked not applicable. This is withholding, separate from trading fees and final tax liability. Do not extend that spot/P2P table to futures. Keep trade and TDS records and use the current guide for your account.
